Job Description:

A leading Infrastructure Consulting firm is looking for exceptional candidates at Manager and Senior Manager levels to join their North West and Yorkshire Advisory team, focusing on Technical and Strategic Asset Management Consulting.

The business has won multiple awards for excellence across various industries and services and is recognized as a leader in their field. They offer a suite of services to clients across the built environment, including advisory, construction, engineering, digital, sustainability, and project & programme management. The firm provides candidates the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and innovative projects, making a significant impact on communities and businesses.

The successful candidates will join their Assets and Technical Advisory team based across North West and Yorkshire. The team applies in-depth asset management knowledge, technical advisory skills, and strategic support to client projects, primarily in Transport, Rail, Highways, Utilities, and Energy sectors.

Candidates should have strengths in some of the following areas:

• Strategy development: Developing asset management strategies outlining short and medium-term goals, risk-based intervention plans, and ensuring reliable asset operation nearing end of life.
• Asset Management Systems: Reviewing existing operating models and systems, identifying issues and opportunities, and supporting the development of digital enterprise asset management systems.
• Business planning: Developing investment decision frameworks and supporting regulatory business plan submissions for water companies.
• Asset Health and Monitoring: Utilizing digital tools for investment planning, asset valuation, condition monitoring, and reporting to inform intervention decisions.

The role involves time in the office, at client sites, and from home. The team is based in offices in York, Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester, and candidates from any of these locations will be considered.

Salary is negotiable, based on experience and performance.
