Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure sectors with main contractors.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage CVRs, cost control, and subcontract administration for infrastructure schemes in the NW.
• Oversee change management, monthly valuations, and commercial reporting.
• Lead a small commercial team and drive growth during the expansion phase.
