Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Able to design and develop infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, drainage systems, and signalling, with key experience to demonstrate this
  • Experience in conducting site assessments and feasibility studies
  • Able to prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Able to oversee and manage project execution in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Proven ability to work with designers, planners, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to perform engineering calculations, simulations, and modelling
  • Knowledge of local authority and industry regulations, ensuring compliance
  • Able to resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Experience in preparing reports, proposals, and documentation
  • Working towards or achieved Chartered status
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation or similar software
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and environmental considerations
  • Knowledge of emerging civil engineering technologies
