Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Able to design and develop infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, drainage systems, and signalling, with key experience to demonstrate this
- Experience in conducting site assessments and feasibility studies
- Able to prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Able to oversee and manage project execution in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Proven ability to work with designers, planners, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ability to perform engineering calculations, simulations, and modelling
- Knowledge of local authority and industry regulations, ensuring compliance
- Able to resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Experience in preparing reports, proposals, and documentation
- Working towards or achieved Chartered status
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation or similar software
- Experience with sustainable design practices and environmental considerations
- Knowledge of emerging civil engineering technologies
