Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to oversee technology components in IT projects, bridging technical SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure customer journeys align with goals. The role focuses on robust requirements, repeatable delivery patterns, and high-quality design documentation.

You will guide end-to-end service design, ensuring BAU readiness and coordinating across disciplines from inception to decommissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proven capability to produce high- and low-level design documentation.
• Experience across full project lifecycles, from initiation to decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management to interpret business needs and set project boundaries for technical specs.
• Produce High Level and Low Level design documents.
• Create holistic service designs covering technology, maintenance, and support.
• Oversee delivery across multiple technical disciplines and teams.
• Present architectural solutions to customers.
