Job Title: IT Infrastructure Solutions Architect

The primary role of the IT Infrastructure Solutions Architect is to ensure that all IT infrastructure applications' architecture and design, systems and software integration, and functional requirements gathering—whether from inception or enhancements—are delivered on time, aligned to industry standards, redundant, and simplified by design. The role also emphasizes cost-effective delivery while meeting architectural objectives.

This position requires providing hands-on design and technical leadership to global IT and business teams, with a solid technology background, experience in capability and data models, and domain-driven design for application strategy across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring that IT infrastructure and application designs are secure, reliable, and regularly reviewed. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with key service partners, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead architecture design and delivery for the consolidation of O365 across global operating companies.
2. Design and implement a robust, cost-effective disaster recovery solution for critical business applications worldwide.
3. Own the workflow design between core system applications and functions.
4. Develop and oversee the architecture target designs and interim states.
5. Simplify data integration complexity.
6. Maintain architectural and operational design roadmaps.
7. Ensure solutions are secure by design with minimal customization.
8. Support and train technical and business leads using agile decision-making processes.
9. Ensure the selection of appropriate technical solutions and products.
10. Document the technology landscape, interfaces, and data flows.
11. Manage the planning, design, and implementation of new and modified services.
12. Provide monthly security and performance reports to stakeholders.
13. Align IT transformation projects with governance processes.
14. Maintain up-to-date architecture diagrams and documentation for all key projects and activities.
15. Report project progress, risks, and non-compliance issues to management.
16. Collaborate with the IT director to ensure adherence to security policies across regions.
17. Engage with business and technology leaders effectively.
18. Experience in rolling out mid-large platforms from inception to production.
19. Utilize hardware and software virtualization techniques.
20. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
21. Experience in complex IT infrastructure environments.
22. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
