The Infrastructure Architect plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support both cloud-based and on-premises applications and services. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements, creating and implementing Azure-related infrastructure designs, and ensuring compliance with design and security standards. The Infrastructure Architect acts as the subject matter expert in infrastructure technologies, supporting implementation teams and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives.
In addition to working closely with stakeholders and project teams, the Infrastructure Architect ensures that all solutions are documented, transitioned seamlessly to operational support, and aligned with enterprise-wide architectural strategies.
