Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Security Manager to oversee all aspects of our infrastructure and security across our Head Office and over 1000 restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both on-premises and cloud solutions, with experience managing transitions from on-premises to the cloud.

Responsibilities:

1. Influence and maintain the enterprise’s security architecture design.
2. Create and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training plans for infrastructure administration and project management.
4. Participate in developing IT strategies in collaboration with the executive team.

Security and Infrastructure Management:

• Stay updated on industry security solutions, threats, and attack vectors.
• Select and acquire security solutions aligned with global standards.
• Oversee deployment and configuration of security solutions.
• Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, and negotiate with vendors.

Operational Management:

• Supervise investigations into security issues and communicate with management.
• Design and execute vulnerability assessments and security audits.
• Manage security training for employees.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure security objectives are met.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of service delivery and security management.
