Overview

Infrastructure Analyst - 2nd Line - Dover. Office based. Infrastructure Analyst required for a leading client based in Dover. The role is to assist in managing IT infrastructure services and collaborate across the Groups IT. The role includes managing migrations, tech refreshes, and exploring new technologies to drive innovation. It involves working closely with the team and external suppliers to upgrade and maintain network, server, storage, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive experience managing and enhancing Microsoft Active Directory domains in hybrid environments
  • Hands-on expertise with M365/O365 setup, administration, and best practice implementation
  • Proficient in deploying, managing, and maintaining Windows server and storage infrastructure
  • Experienced in platform backup and recovery strategy development and execution
  • Knowledgeable in DNS and public domain management, including email gateway services
  • Skilled in securing and supporting wired and wireless IT networks
Qualifications
  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, hybrid environments, M365/O365, Windows server, storage infrastructure
  • Backup and recovery planning experience
