Job summary

Fitch Group in Manchester seeks an Information Security GRC Analyst to support the ongoing development of its global cyber security awareness program. You will help employees understand cyber risks and build secure habits through engaging communications, training, and campaigns.

The role collaborates with Information Security, HR, Learning & Development, Technology, and Communications to translate complex topics into practical guidance, manage training lifecycles, and track program metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security awareness, human risk, training, communications, and employee education.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear, simple, and engaging.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cyber security awareness campaigns and initiatives.
• Translate technical topics into clear, employee-friendly messaging.
• Support the security awareness training lifecycle, including content updates and reminders.
• Assist with stakeholder reviews, approvals, and supporting documentation for training activities.
• Coordinate phishing simulation campaigns, reporting, and post-campaign follow-up.
• Maintain program metrics, dashboards, and leadership updates.
