Job summary

Fitch is seeking an Information Security GRC Analyst in Manchester to support awareness campaigns, training programs, and communications that make security concepts clear and actionable for global employees.

You will translate complex cyber topics into engaging messages, coordinate phishing simulations, and track program impact while working with Security, Communications, HR, and IT teams in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security awareness and employee education.
• Strong written communication, able to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent organization and multitasking with stakeholders.
• Collaborative across teams and regions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Willingness to learn phishing, data protection, identity and access management, and AI-related risks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver cyber security awareness campaigns.
• Produce newsletters, articles, emails, intranet posts, and event invitations.
• Translate technical topics into user-friendly messaging.
• Manage training lifecycle: updates, testing, launches, tracking, reminders.
• Coordinate targeted, regional, and regulatory training activities with stakeholders.
• Support phishing simulations: prep, testing, reporting, follow-up.
• Compile program metrics, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Maintain records of approvals, communications, evidence and materials.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Technology, Communications, HR, L&D, Facilities and business teams.
• Assist with events and speaker coordination.
