Contract Length: Immediate – 31st December 2025 + extensions

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Clearance: SC Clearance

Our client is seeking a flexible, driven, and enthusiastic Mobile IT Support Technician to join thier expanding mobile support team. This is a client-facing, field-based role requiring daily travel across the South West and South Wales region, delivering high-quality IT support to key clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, on-site IT support for key clients across your assigned region.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Windows 7, 10, and 11, and Office 365.
• Support hardware break-fix tasks (training provided if needed).
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Participate in on-call rota (if required).
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting.
• Proven experience in IT support or field services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (7/10/11) and Office 365.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Able and willing to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Experience with hardware break-fix (laptops, desktops, etc.).
• Experience in a mobile or field-based support role.
• Prior exposure to public sector or government environments.
• IR35: In Scope
