A growing broadband provider in Horsham is seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure smooth operations for internal users. You will handle 1st and 2nd line support and assist with internal projects, all while maintaining Windows 11 and Office 365 systems. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in a service desk environment and strong troubleshooting skills.

I’m hiring for a growing broadband provider in Horsham that’s disrupting the rental market with a smart solution: aligning broadband contracts with tenancy lengths. They’re backed by a strategic partnership with a leading broadband provider and are scaling fast.

They’re now looking for an IT Support Technician to support internal users and keep everything running smoothly across software, hardware, and network infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling 1st & 2nd line IT support for internal and remote staff
  • Assisting with 3rd line escalations and internal IT projects
  • Setting up new users and hardware/software systems
  • Day-to-day maintenance of Windows 11 machines, Office 365, VoIP, and basic network infrastructure
  • Administering Office 365 and remote access tools (RDP/TeamViewer etc.)

What they’re looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in a service desk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
  • Solid understanding of Office 365 and Windows 11
  • Experience with VoIP, networking basics (LAN/WAN, routers, switches), and remote support
  • Bonus if you’ve used PowerShell or worked with Linux/server OS
