My client working are a managed service provider currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. My client are looking for a Second Line Service Desk Engineer to join their team in a unique split role – 50% working directly with a high-security client, on-site, in Plymouth, 50% supporting multiple MSP customers remotely and on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT professional from a single IT environment looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced MSP setting or an established MSP engineer seeking their next challenge at a leading, regional MSP. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of technologies, clients and security-focused environments, while developing your skills in a role that combines technical expertise, problem-solving and client engagement.
