A successful and growing software company is looking for a skilled IT Technician to become a vital part of their internal support team—keeping people connected, productive, and stress-free behind the scenes.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support within a busy software development environment. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to managing user accounts and supporting remote infrastructure, your work will keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  3. Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure
  4. Set up and configure new user accounts, hardware, and software
  5. Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers
  6. Ensure security and data protection protocols are followed

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in a similar IT support or technician role
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, and remote desktop tools
  3. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience supporting a software development environment
  2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
