Job Description:

Location: South West, Norfolk.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 08:30am - 16:30pm

Job Purpose: Provide 2nd/3rd line support as part of a team to assist with service requests, incidents, and problems across multiple sites, including on-site support in Norfolk and potential support for additional locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating as necessary.
  • Act as the first escalation point for support engineers.
  • Manage site relationships and support infrastructure and application issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to problem resolution.
  • Configure and maintain user permissions and support hardware/software.
  • Support networking, cloud telephony, and mobile device configurations.

Additional Duties: Attend meetings, participate in performance reviews, adhere to policies, promote safety, confidentiality, and equality, and pursue ongoing training.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking (Cisco Meraki, LAN/WAN), Jamf and/or Microsoft Intune, troubleshooting, and IT security.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a support role, ITIL knowledge, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to create knowledge base articles.
