Responsibilities

• Handle a range of tickets across hardware, software, AV, and Microsoft 365, working within SLA targets to keep services running.
• Support senior stakeholders and maintain IT assets.
• Act as a key point of escalation for the service desk, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and knowledge is shared across the team.
