Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our technology team within a dynamic financial organization. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of software applications and systems used across the business. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for financial software applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure software quality and compliance.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in software QA, preferably in a financial services environment.
