P3M Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for the Oldham/Manchester area on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days on-site with the remainder remote, delivering ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.

You will manage scope, plans, budgets and risks, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time go-lives and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering IT projects with complex software solutions.
• Right to work in the UK; driving licence and vehicle.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and enterprise platforms.

IT Project Manager - Oldham/Manchester Area

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a leading IT Project Management services provider on a permanent basis. The position offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days each week spent on-site within the Oldham/Manchester area and the remaining time working remotely.

The Role

The role requires the end-to-end delivery of software application projects and infrastructure deployments, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM and other enterprise platforms. This includes managing implementations, integrations, data migration, testing, and go lives across a range of client environments.

You will be responsible for delivery plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end
• Enterprise Infrastructure implementations end-to-end
• Define scope, plans and milestones across multi disciplinary teams

About You

You’ll have 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex software solutions. You must have a driving licence, access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK, as our client is unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

You’ll bring experience in:

• Delivering CRM, ERP and enterprise applications
• Full software delivery lifecycle: requirements, build, test, migration, go live
• Managing data migration and integrations
• Working with Agile and Waterfall methods
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management
• Managing software budgets and commercial approvals
• Using Jira, MS Project Online, DevOps or similar tools
