IT Project Manager

Greater Glasgow Area – Hybrid (3 days on-site)

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing tech company in the financial cloud services sector, looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex, high-performance infrastructure environments — especially within data centres or cloud-based setups.

The Role

You’ll manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, from planning through delivery and optimisation. This includes hardware deployments, data centre migrations, and working closely with technical teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed project plans
• Lead global stakeholder meetings and manage cross-timezone projects
• Oversee resource scheduling, capacity planning, and risk mitigation
• Monitor project scope, timeline, and financial performance
• Support continuous improvement with post-project reviews
• Deliver infrastructure projects in complex environments

What You’ll Need

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure project delivery
• Proven skills in project planning, risk and budget management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Understanding of Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in low-latency financial tech or cloud infrastructure
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification
