The Role

The Delt Project Management Office delivers a variety of business change and transformation projects for clients including Plymouth City Council, NHS Devon Integrated Care Board, and Devon NHS Partnership Trust. We are seeking an IT Project Manager, preferably with experience in Infrastructure projects, to join our PMO.

Experience in an IT environment and delivering complex IT projects is essential. Basic knowledge of MS Project Professional is required. The successful candidate will require limited mentoring from day one, must communicate confidently both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate experience working with senior stakeholders, managing technical delivery, and delivering business change.

Most work is in Plymouth, Exeter, and wider Devon. The role offers hybrid working but requires flexibility to attend our Plymouth office or visit sites at short notice (less than 12 hours). Applicants should consider whether they can meet this requirement before applying.

Salary - Up to £48,000 p.a., on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

• Experience delivering IT projects.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage complexity.
• Manage all aspects of project management within a Portfolio, Programme, and Projects environment.
• Ability to balance time, quality, and risk to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
