Project Manager – Technology & Change Delivery

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits (DOE)

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of technology and digital change projects across a fast-paced, evolving business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in smaller, agile environments and enjoys working across both strategic initiatives and technical detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects
• Managing multiple workstreams—ranging from regulatory change to automation and efficiency improvements
• Collaborating with third-party development partners and ensuring projects stay on track
• Contributing to technical discussions—bringing enough tech knowledge to ask smart questions and shape solutions
• Overseeing UAT, non-functional testing, and ensuring successful implementation

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ project management experience across different industries and project types
• Comfortable working in smaller companies where flexibility, ownership, and adaptability matter
• Strong understanding of tech-led projects—financial services experience is helpful but not essential
• Confident managing third-party relationships and full project lifecycles
