P3M Recruitment is helping a growing software business recruit a Graduate Junior Project Manager in Altrincham. This entry-level role focuses on software delivery, project coordination, and hands-on experience under mentoring from senior project managers.

Primarily onsite with occasional home working, you will organise meetings, track timelines, and help deliver software projects while developing PM skills and building a long-term career in technology Programme Support.

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing software business that helps laboratories improve workflow efficiency, data management, and reporting through innovative technology solutions.

They are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate Junior Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start a career in project management, software delivery, and technology.

Previous project management experience is not essential, although applicants with some project management exposure will have an advantage. Full training, support, and hands‑on project experience will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable skills and build a successful long‑term career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is primarily an onsite role, enabling you to work closely with experienced colleagues and gain valuable hands‑on experience. However, occasional home working can be arranged where appropriate.
