We’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record of managing large-scale, complex IT projects within enterprise environments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering project objectives and team-specific deliverables. You’ll plan activities, execute tasks to high standards, and ensure successful outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for IT projects, following the agreed framework
• Facilitate needs assessments and develop project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking
• Monitor project economics, including costs, budgets, resourcing, and risks
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities, including subcontractor management
• Ensure adherence to standards and requirements
• Manage project scope, budget, resourcing, and change risks
• Establish metrics for measuring project success
• Control operational plans and assist in training team members on procedures
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and project management techniques
• Develop control and reporting procedures, managing operational changes
• Conduct status review meetings and escalate risks/issues as needed
• Ensure project documents are complete and properly stored
• Collaborate on project proposals, contracts, estimates, and schedules
• Coach team members to meet project goals and resolve issues
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
