Are you a Project Coordinator looking to grow your career with a market leader in hosted contact centre and customer experience solutions? Route 101, certified as a "Great Place To Work", partners with industry giants like Zendesk, Amazon, NICE, and Calabrio to help businesses build seamless customer connections.

We’re currently helping Route 101 hire a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale cloud Ccontact centre deployment for a key client of theirs. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make an impact in cutting-edge technology projects, this is the role for you!

The role:

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders to support project delivery across key phases: stand-up, discovery, design, build, test, user readiness, release, hyper care, and closure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Project Managers with administrative tasks
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Managing project documentation, RAID logs, and governance reporting
  • Coordinating change and release management processes

What will help you succeed in this role?

  • Previous experience of project coordination on IT projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of PRINCE2 and Agile project environments
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is a big plus!

The salary & benefits:

  • Competitive salary (DOE)
  • Hybrid working between home and Manchester. 2-3 days onsite.
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days with tenure)
