Are you a seasoned IT Programme Manager ready to take charge of a complex digital transformation portfolio?

We’re hiring on behalf of a major professional services firm undergoing a multi-stream digital overhaul. They’re investing heavily in automation, data infrastructure, and modern client experiences – and they need a strategic leader to drive it forward.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, compliance, and client-facing technology. You’ll oversee a suite of interdependent projects – from portal upgrades and contract management tools to master data integration – all aimed at reshaping how this firm serves its clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a portfolio of interconnected digital projects – client portals, onboarding systems, data platforms, and more
• Orchestrating delivery across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders
• Driving integration between systems to ensure data integrity, compliance, and automation
• Implementing delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, DevOps) and tooling (Azure DevOps, MS Projects, Monday.com)

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven success delivering complex software and data platform projects in matrixed environments
• Experience working in or delivering to professional services, consultancy, or compliance-driven sectors
• A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capabilities and clear, confident stakeholder communication
• Solid understanding of master data, system integration, cloud infrastructure, and cutover planning

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with compliance obligations (e.g. conflict checking, independence rules)
• Certifications in Agile, Prince2, or MSP
• Experience managing multiple vendors and off-the-shelf software implementations
