IT PRODUCT MANAGER

Location: Birmingham, B37 7YE

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for technology and innovation? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into IT as an IT Product Manager, leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge IT products and services across the UK&I.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of two new solutions within ISS, shaping their implementation and driving innovation to enhance service delivery.

Job Description

As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development of technology solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and provide value to users.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders to refine and implement IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in line with business needs
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to continuous improvement
• Work closely with IT, operations, and mobilisation teams to ensure successful delivery
• Gather and prioritise product requirements, aligning them with customer and business goals
• Collaborate with development teams and technology SMEs to ensure high-quality products
• Monitor performance and drive enhancements based on user feedback
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact

About You

• Demonstrable previous experience gained in a similar role - ideally within Facilities Management
• Experience in Product Management within technology-enabled services or IT solutions (desirable)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid development environments
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
• Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!) is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the Facility Management industry is welcome but not essential
