Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality across all systems, networks, and software applications
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to an IT Technician, delegating tasks and ensuring timely issue resolution
• Working to KPI’s in line with business needs Assisting with “hands on” day to day IT support Serve as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing hands-on support for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network management
• Collaborating with our Learning Academy to identify and build training for new IT systems
• Monitoring the use of equipment, software, and services to ensure functionality and efficiency Identifying the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems

Experience

• Proven experience within an IT Manager position or similar role
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively and manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business and all technical abilities
• A proven track record delivering in a high-volume environment
• An excellent relationship builder with a friendly approach who is driven to deliver, autonomous and self-directed

• Windows IT Infrastructure
