Job description

Job Title: IT Manager

IntaPeople is currently working with a large technology provider seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Manager with expertise in Cloud services, Cyber Security, and IT Change Management. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the site, managing 4-5 direct reports within a small but experienced IT team.

Your responsibilities include leading and managing the IT support team, supporting hundreds of end users, conducting 1-to-1s, development plans, and performance management.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager, including hands-on technical skills and people management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with cloud services such as Azure
  • Ability to work to strict SLAs and prioritize customer satisfaction

You will report to the Head of Technical Services and collaborate with other technical leads to support business growth and functionality. You will also work with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee ticketing queues and ensure KPI targets are met.

Role Details:
  • Location: Onsite in Cardiff
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, split between shifts from 8:00 to 19:00 (including one later shift per week)
  • Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, depending on experience
  • Benefits: Strong benefits package
