An established multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager to oversee and evolve their internal systems, infrastructure, and data strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support core business systems.
  • Oversee third-party IT providers and service contracts, ensuring SLAs are met and systems remain up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, cloud migrations, and process automation projects across the business.
  • Develop and maintain centralised reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GDPR, PECR, and internal security policies.
  • Manage access controls, cybersecurity practices, and routine audits to protect business-critical information.
  • Act as the internal IT lead, supporting colleagues, engaging stakeholders, and helping shape future IT strategy.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a senior IT role, ideally within a multi-site or group organisation.
  • Strong project experience.
  • Broad understanding of business systems, networks, and software environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, data reporting, and SQL databases.
