Position: IT Trainer

Job Type - Full time Contract for 1 year

Location: UK Remote

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our Employee Technology team. The successful candidate will deliver adoption services, including live and recorded training sessions, end user engagement, communication support, and knowledge content creation. This role is crucial for driving the internal use of our software platforms and ensuring effective technology adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live and recorded training sessions on various Employee Tech solutions, initially focusing on Microsoft 365 apps, MS Teams, and AI solutions such as Copilot Chat and Moveworks.
  • Engage with end users and business teams to facilitate technology adoption and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop and create training materials for live virtual sessions.
  • Write articles and create knowledge content to drive internal use of software platforms.
  • Support communication efforts related to technology adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • Based in the United Kingdom to effectively cover multiple time zones.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, particularly in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 apps, MS Teams, and AI solutions like Copilot Chat and Moveworks.
  • Familiarity with other Employee Tech solutions is a plus.
