IT & Infrastructure Manager | Hybrid (Birmingham HQ)

We are on the look out for a hands on and proactive IT & Infrastructure Manager to join our clients growing group - coordinating all aspects of IT systems, telephony platforms, user

onboarding/offboarding, and third-party technology suppliers.

Reports to: Head of Operations

Role Overview:

• Be the go-to lead for all IT & telephony service delivery, working closely with external providers
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device allocation, software licenses, VoIP system admin, and call routing.
• Track and report on telephony performance, user stats, and call recordings.
• Drive tech integration during acquisitions, relocations, and office expansions.
• Support business continuity & disaster recovery planning.
• Coordinate supplier management across IT, telecoms, utilities, and consumables.
• Assist with premises management, including landlord liaison and lease oversight.

About You:

• Proven experience managing IT, infrastructure, or telephony in a multi-site SME or group environment.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP systems, mobile fleet management, and software licensing.
• Confidence working with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Super-organised multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience in procurement, supplier contracts, or premises management.
• Solution-focused, service-driven, and hands-on.
• Comfortable navigating both the technical detail and the big picture.
• Reliable, adaptable, and a great communicator.
