What you will be doing

We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support to join our IT Department in our Hull offices. In this role, every day will be a unique and exciting challenge that will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for internal users through live chat, telephone, and email.
• Accurately logging all queries and issues on our central service desk system.
• Providing first-line IT support to end users.
• Offering knowledge and support on the company's internal systems.
• Collaborating with other IT team members to escalate and resolve IT queries.
• Handling the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware and software.
• Performing any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

What you will need

In the role you will need (ESSENTIALS):

• Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and Active Directory.
