We are seeking an IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst to join a well-established MSP in Maidstone, Kent. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support to clients across the UK, managing incidents and tickets, and supporting a range of technologies including Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, MS Exchange, Active Directory, InTune, Endpoint Manager, LAN/Wireless/VPN, and VoIP systems.
The successful candidate will support users remotely and on-site, handle technical issues related to network connections, user profiles, and applications, and assist with printer and mobile device management. Experience with creating and managing user accounts in Windows Server and MS Azure Active Directory is essential.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a desktop support role within a professional office environment, with strong communication skills and a desire to develop their technical expertise in Microsoft technologies. A driving license and access to a car are advantageous for attending client sites.
