We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner with deep expertise in Digital HR Systems to join a globally recognised pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation. This high-impact role focuses on leading the evolution of the HR technology landscape, with a particular emphasis on the transformative opportunities presented by AI.
You will proactively identify areas where IT can provide a competitive advantage through the delivery of innovative, AI-powered solutions. Strong domain knowledge across HR functions and technology landscape, including HCM platforms, workforce administration, and HR services, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results — from building compelling business cases to mobilising large-scale, high-value technology investments. You will be responsible for shaping and communicating the technology strategy and roadmap for core HR functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and emerging technology trends.
