My client, a leading Global Insurance Broker, are looking for an adaptable, communicative and driven Business Analysts.You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to be responsible for rolling out an array of business applications and to analyse, execute and ensure best practice in line with the businesses framework.Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain requirements documentation, used to gain stakeholder agreement and suitable information for developers' use
  • Facilitate communication between various parties within, external teams and the wider business
  • Plan, Manage and run workshops to elicit requirements
  • Drive an agile mindset, UAT management and write test scripts
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in London Market Insurance
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Experience working in both IT and Business-led projects
  • A proven track record of liaising and successfully reaching agreements with key stakeholders
