Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an Information Technology Lecturer in Stamford to inspire learners and deliver FE IT programmes across topics such as programming, cybersecurity, networking, databases and software development.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student work with constructive feedback, create an inclusive learning environment and contribute to curriculum development. A degree in IT and relevant teaching qualification are desirable.

Information Technology Lecturer

Location: Stamford

Salary: £15-£20 Per Hour (dependent on experience)

Contract: 6 Week

The Role

As a Information Technology Lecturer, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging Information Technology Lecturer across a range of FE programmes.
• Teach topics such as programming, cybersecurity, networking, databases, software development, and computer systems.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support learner progression.
• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
• Monitor learner progress and contribute to curriculum development where appropriate.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology Lecturer or a related subject.
• Previous teaching experience within Further Education is desirable but not essential.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) is desirable. Candidates without a teaching qualification but with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting student success.
