What You’ll Be Doing
Manage infrastructure-related projects across cloud, server, network, and communication systems
Build and track project plans, task lists, and deliverables
Coordinate and lead project meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Document project requirements, scope, and progress while identifying risks
Communicate timelines, access needs, and updates with department leadership
Analyze data to measure project outcomes and identify process improvements
Create executive-ready reports and present project statuses to leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Experience managing infrastructure projects in hospital or clinical environments
Familiarity with systems like Citrix, VMware, Vocera, and enterprise email migrations
Ability to coordinate downtime schedules and communicate with clinical leadership
Knowledge of hospital communication systems and Wi-Fi project integration
Project management certification preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., Cherwell)
