Responsibilities

1. Audit assignments:
   - Participate in audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and Toll Gates process.
   - Follow up on outstanding audit findings and assist in their timely resolution.
   - Support the preparation of presentations for Control Committees and contribute to risk assessment and monitoring.
   - Assist in departmental projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
   - Comply with SG & IGAD policies and IIA Standards, signing the IIA Declaration annually.
2. Quality and Standards:
   - Perform and document audit work according to quality standards.
   - Promote audit innovation, particularly in data analytics.
   - Ensure team compliance with quality standards when supervising others.
3. Ethics and Conduct:
   - Adhere to internal policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
   - Act with integrity and professionalism, conforming to the IIA Code of Ethics.
   - Maintain awareness of and compliance with company conduct standards.
4. Profile Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Cybersecurity.
- Preferably experience in financial services, audit, risk, or compliance, with knowledge of information systems and cybersecurity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify risks, controls, and gaps.
- Attention to detail with succinct communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools; knowledge of Python, R, or similar is a plus.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
