Responsibilities

  • Examiner les rapports PAM, identifier les lacunes et mettre en œuvre des améliorations.
  • Créer et maintenir des plans de gestion de projet et des matrice RACI.
  • Suivre les KPIs et capturer les leçons apprises.

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Information Security Reporting Analyst/Engineer for a 6 month contract based in the bank’s London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review available PAM Reports, determine gaps, areas for improvements, alignments required to latest policies etc.
  • Review Audit Findings relevant to reporting and determine gaps and remediations required.
  • Work with PAM management & reporting engineers & RADAR Team in order to design and implement changes to existing PAM reports and/or create new reports.
  • Create and maintain project management plans.
  • Create and maintain RACI matrixes – stakeholder lists.
  • Create all tasks, milestones and deliverables.
  • Work with vendors to create/agree Statements of Work.
  • Liaise with procurement on contract management and invoicing.
  • Liaise with Chief of Staff to maintain the project financials.
  • Review risks and issues by assessing their impact on the Business Case.
  • Ensure project adheres to the Risk & Issue Management, Dependency Management and Change Management processes as outlined in the Change Governance Framework.
  • Track the progress of Key Performance Indicators on a fortnightly basis against the baseline.
  • Capture Lessons Learned as per the frequency agreed in the project management plan.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Overall experience of 8-10 years in an IT Project Management role, preferably related to IT Security and/or Privileged Access Management.
  • Expert knowledge of the topics of Identity and Access Management & Privileged Access Management.
  • Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experienced in managing Infrastructure & Cyber Security projects.
  • Expert knowledge of CyberArk, Unix, Windows, Cloud (GCP and Azure) and Oracle/MSSQL Technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL Query Language, ETL and data management.
  • Prior exposure to Financial services will be highly beneficial.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Information Security concepts.
