Job summary

Tempcover is seeking an Information Security Manager based in London with potential travel to Fleet. You will own the information security strategy, shaping policies, standards and controls from the ground up, enabling security to drive rather than hinder business work.

You will join a small, cloud-native team and scale security as we grow, including potential GenAI applications to risk management.

Qualifications

• Background in information security.
• Appreciation of how security can enable businesses.
• Experience working in a cloud-native organisation.
• Documentation of controls, standards and procedures.
• Proven track record in information security management with policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve information security strategy to meet business requirements and executive policies.
• Identify and manage security risks across the organisation.
• Evolve policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure staff understand and live security.
• Maintain standards and controls across IT services, including vulnerability scanning and patching.
