You will be responsible for safeguarding our IT infrastructure, managing security risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving a culture of security awareness across the business.

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

• Proven experience in information security management, ideally within financial services
• Strong understanding of IT security concepts, cloud security, and identity-centric models
• Experience with security standards, governance frameworks, and vulnerability management
• Background in digital forensics, cyber incident response, and threat monitoring

Skills:

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of security professionals
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and implement security improvements
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and third parties
• Ability to develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are advantageous
• Strong technical background in IT security tools, cloud security, and infrastructure

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the Information Security team to develop and implement security strategies
• Monitoring and responding to cyber threats while improving security posture
• Managing security tools, policies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and establishing governance frameworks
• Conducting digital forensic investigations and managing security incidents
• Providing security awareness training across the business
• Collaborating with IT teams to enhance security infrastructure and processes
• Leading organization-wide projects as part of a Digital Transformation and supporting wider business goals
• Scoping, running, and closing out internal and external audits/pen tests
• Developing existing team members through hands-on mentoring
