ISOQAR is expanding its Lead Auditor team at Oxford, offering a permanent, on-site role. You will plan and conduct independent audits, gather evidence, and communicate findings to clients, with full training provided to achieve Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Successful candidates will bring hands-on operational experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel regionally and nationally, including overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Lead Auditor team. With onsite practical experience and deep knowledge of industry processes, policies, and regulations, you'll help clients reach their full potential.
While internal audit experience is helpful, it's not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training via our academy.
Following your Global and Divisional inductions, you will embark on a 12-week training programme, including classroom and onsite learning with a Senior Lead Auditor to achieve your Lead Auditor qualifications within Quality Management Systems (9001) and Information Security Management Systems (27001).
We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring experience beyond IT. Be sure to highlight any work experience since leaving education on your CV.
You’ll bring hands-on operational experience from a relevant industry or industries and understand how organisations operate day to day. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and clear, accurate report writing are essential, alongside a professional and methodical approach.
You’ll also be comfortable with regional and national travel (including occasional overnight stays) and hold a full UK driving licence. Your integrity, technical knowledge, and ability to deliver high-quality, value-adding audit reports will enable you to thrive in this role.
