TechnipFMC IT has created our graduate scheme to develop the next generation of technical leaders in our organization.
The program aims to provide support and opportunities for graduates to progress as domain experts or future leaders. TechnipFMC will invest in training, including externally recognized qualifications and internal development programs during the graduate scheme.
Participants will gain experience in various areas of the organization, providing broader exposure compared to traditional roles or defined career paths.
Each day will present new challenges. As part of our IT team, working within the Information Security Domain, you will contribute to improving our IT services, deploying new technical solutions, and implementing best practices and operating procedures;
• Learn, support, and utilize the latest technologies;
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to develop unique solutions;
• Work on critical, complex systems supporting TechnipFMC operations;
• Bring innovative thinking to our operations and challenge norms;
• Manage business requirements within operational constraints while maintaining focus on objectives;
• Confidently challenge and propose changes to IT conventions where appropriate;
• Lead projects to enhance the efficiency of our environment;
Support Areas within the Information Security Domain include:
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• Cyber Security Operations
• Architecture and Engineering
• Experience in a corporate environment is preferred but not essential
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience in IT
• Interest in Cyber/Information Security
• Ability to work and contribute to a team
• Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to listen and build rapport with peers
• Flexible attitude towards working hours
• Initiative, multitasking, and ability to work independently
• Energy, focus, assertiveness, and diplomacy
• Commitment to delivering quality services
• Ability to evaluate new technologies and architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills
