Offensive Security - CISO Division

We are looking for a Security Developer/Tester who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to enhance the security posture of our development lifecycle. This role focuses on translating technical findings into actionable improvements in an inclusive, agile environment. We value individuals who approach challenges with curiosity, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and help create secure, scalable solutions for everyone.

What You’ll Do

  1. Conduct operational security analysis and translate code findings into valuable insights for internal and external collaborators
  2. Guide development teams through secure coding practices and support them with expert-level advice on threat mitigation
  3. Leverage a variety of modern tools and methodologies to analyze source code, identify vulnerabilities, and support agile development workflows
  4. Promote inclusive, continuous feedback loops to improve service outcomes and application security across domains
  5. Support integration of DevSecOps practices to ensure security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle
  6. Collaborate across teams to improve container-based and cloud-native applications with a security-first approach

Technical Skills

We welcome applicants with different learning journeys and encourage those with the following experience to apply:

  1. 5+ years in the IT industry, including experience in security testing or secure software development
  2. Hands-on development experience in .NET, Java, Python, or C#
  3. Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps principles, and the ability to improve code quality and security through automated testing
  4. Knowledge of secure coding frameworks, software composition analysis, and threat modelling
  5. Ability to work across diverse technology stacks and with cross-functional teams to build inclusive and secure digital services
  6. Experience with end-to-end application security, including vulnerability management and remediation
