Job Title: Information Security Consultancy Manager

Location: Peterborough, Cambs, UK - Hybrid

Reporting to the Head of Information Security, you will be responsible for managing a small team of consultants and developing Information Security services for ABF Business Units (BUs). These services are engagement-focused and customer-facing, aimed at aligning strategies and delivering fit-for-purpose security solutions across various FMCG organizations globally.

What you'll be doing:

• Engaging and advising BU’s senior security stakeholders, providing relevant advice and demonstrating how Information and Cyber Security services add value.
• Ensuring the team adopts a Continuous Improvement mindset, open to new ideas and ways of working.
• Innovating and improving existing security products/services and developing new ones.
• Producing technical standards, best practices, and delivering security briefings to BU’s, Corporate Centre, and BTS teams.
• Developing skills within the team and broader security teams.
• Building comprehensive BU profiles and leveraging Threat Intelligence to refine Security Risk Management and Cyber Security improvements.
• Scaling the team to support business growth.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive knowledge of IT and OT environments, with experience advising on security controls covering people, processes, and technology within large organizations.
• Expertise in information security standards such as ISO 27001:2013 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
• Ability to operate across multiple security models and strategies (e.g., ISO, CIS).
• Knowledge of current and emerging security trends.
• Ability to communicate complex technical work clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive in ownership.
• Collaborative, engaging, and motivational working style.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Strong relationship-building with security teams and wider BTS teams.
• Excellent customer engagement and service orientation.
• Understanding of collaboration benefits and leveraging group capabilities.
