Job summary

Superb People in Greater London is seeking a Senior Information Security professional to develop broad expertise across information security, cyber resilience, risk management, and governance within a dynamic banking environment.

You will gain exposure to strategic initiatives, senior stakeholder engagement, and regulatory requirements, providing a strong foundation for career progression into senior Information Security, Risk Management, Governance, and Resilience leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in information and cyber security, preferably within banking or regulated financial services.
• Strong experience managing ISO 27001 ISMS, security risk assessments, audit and regulatory engagements.
• Sound understanding of data protection governance, operational resilience and third-party risk management.
• Sufficient technical cyber security knowledge to engage with and challenge Security Operations teams on incidents, vulnerabilities, threat intelligence, cloud security and security controls.
• Experience producing management reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence decisions.

Essential Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in information and cyber security, preferably within banking or regulated financial services.
• Strong experience managing ISO 27001 ISMS, security risk assessments, audit and regulatory engagements.
• Sound understanding of data protection governance, operational resilience and third-party risk management.
