What You'll Be Doing:

1. Collaborate with teams across the business to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring effective tracking of mitigation efforts.
2. Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
3. Play a key role in third-party risk management, ensuring all external partners meet our security standards.
4. Partner with Security Operations and IT teams to oversee vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
5. Review security architecture for new systems and services, providing expert recommendations.
6. Evaluate and recommend improvements to technical security controls, ensuring robust protection of our assets.
7. Support the implementation of cutting-edge security tools and technologies.
8. Oversee security incident management, ensuring incidents are promptly and efficiently handled.
9. Provide meaningful security metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
10. Help drive a culture of security by supporting the security awareness program across the company.
11. Assist with internal and external security audits, ensuring compliance and improving processes.

What We're Looking For:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in information security roles, with a strong understanding of risk management and security frameworks.
2. A proven track record of assessing and mitigating security risks, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to communicate complex security concepts in a clear and simple way to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Hands-on experience with security technologies, vulnerability management, and incident response.
5. Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, and a keen understanding of information security standards.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for creating a secure, innovative environment.
