RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deal with the procurement: acquisition, delivery, renewal and promotion of information resources.
2. Answer a range of legal and business information requests, from quick requests to more in-depth legal research.
3. Assist with the delivering of training and inductions for lawyers, trainees and other new joiners.
4. Support the end-to-end management of current awareness.
5. Maintain information on the client information systems and intranet.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Some procurement, vendor management and acquisitions work experience in a legal or business setting.
2. A good level of research work experience and some familiarity with business and legal research online databases.
3. Ideally an Information-related qualification.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
