Information Protection Senior Advisor

The Information Protection Sr. Advisor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering identity-based security solutions. These solutions will support our mission to enforce the principle of Least Privilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while maintaining compliance for external audits.

1. Design and configure Technical Access Control solutions within Cigna’s Identity & Access Management tools based on team requirements.
2. Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and enhance user experience.
3. Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains.
4. Drive automation of solutions.
5. Maintain stable and secure environments.
6. Troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations.
7. Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
8. Support 24x7 on-call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
9. Identify critical security issues and recommend risk-reduction solutions.
10. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and support end-user issues.
11. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including with senior leadership in stressful situations.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Strong knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
3. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
