The Information Protection Sr. Advisor will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Identity-based security solutions. These solutions will help deliver on our mission to enforce the principle of Least Privilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while preserving Compliance for testing by external auditors.

  • Design and configure Technical Access Control solutions within Cigna’s Identity & Access Management tools based on team requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and better user experience.
  • Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains.
  • Lead the drive for automating solutions.
  • Ensure stable and secure environments.
  • Performance troubleshooting and recommendations.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance.
  • Support 24x7 on call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
  • Identify critical security issues and provide recommendations of risk-reduction solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
